Your data will be accessible and available to Nights Out employees when tasked with improving the app (i.e., fixing bugs) and will only be used on a need-to-know basis.
Your profile images are completely public to the internet. Your identity image used for face recognition is private and never shared outside of Nights Out.
We implement login via text message and device ID monitoring. We strive to not enable fraud users from gaining access to a different user’s account, but this is technically possible.
5. Your Choices
You can update or delete your account information through the settings in the App. You may also opt out of receiving notifications from us by turning off notification’s through the Apple Settings.
You are not required to keep your account with Nights Out. At any time, you may delete your account.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 and explicitly do not permit individuals under the age of 18 from using the app. If an account is suspected of a user that is under 18, that account will be deleted.
